I was not treated like I have been in the past. For an oil change and my vehicle system to be checked out took 3 hours. At the end I was shown what the system said I need to replace on the vehicle. The items were things that can be purchased cheaper and/ done my self. Another thing was with less then 36000 miles it seemed funny that so many things were going bad. Issues in their deal calculations, cancelled my contract 3 weeks after delivery to force me back in to agree to a larger finance agreement with a higher interest rate, and I am still missing the charger for my EV and the sales rep Kyle is not responding.

Although it took 3 different service calls to repair the A/C, which was an inconvenience because of distance and time, Luis was professional, courteous and thoughtful. Hopefully, the A/C is totally fixed.
