I was not treated like I have been in the past. For an oil change and my vehicle system to be checked out took 3 hours. At the end I was shown what the system said I need to replace on the vehicle. The items were things that can be purchased cheaper and/ done my self. Another thing was with less then 36000 miles it seemed funny that so many things were going bad. After I turned down the repairs I was took I could go get my vehicle back behind the serve offices. So, I had to go and search for my vehicle. In the pass my vehicle had been brought to me at the serve office area. I don’t believe I will use this dealership again.

I decided to contact Starling because of the ads I saw online. They seemed sincere and I wanted to see if they were willing to put their money where their mouth is. Boy am I glad I did. My initial contact was Yngrid. I called her a few times and eventually spoke to Emily when Yngrid was not working. Emily handed me off to Cesar. I bothered and pestered all three of them many times. Not once were they not patient and respectful and accommodating. They made me feel as if they really cared about my needs and desires which kept changing. I explained to all of them that I had a previous relationship with a local dealership in South Florida but I was willing to listen to them. Cesar gave me a price and told me he did not wish to go back and forth. I told him I was going to contact a few other dealers but I would not divulge his price. He told me he felt as if he just made a deal for another dealer. I assured him I also did not wish to go back and forth. I asked him if someone beat his deal if he wanted me to give him the last chance. He told me “no” that he had given me his best deal. I contacted various dealerships by phone and even went in person to the one I had the previous relationship with. When I left there, it felt like I had been on a boat in rough waters with no land in sight or a never ending roller coaster. I told my wife the difference in experiences between Starling and all others was like night and day. I decided to drive almost 2 hours to Starling to put a face to the voices. I was referred to Robert to be my direct salesperson. While there, Mr Prats walked in to meet me as did Emily. I did the paperwork with Mr Seidle. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I contacted Starling. Yngrid got the ball rolling and kept me interested. Emily was on the same page as Yngrid. Cesar bent over backwards and went above and beyond to please me. Robert was amazing as was Mr Seidle. You guys have a top notch team and definitely bucked the reputation of hating to deal with people at car dealerships and I appreciate it very much. My experience was so good that I cannot wait until my lease is ready to turn in so I can get my next vehicle. My only regret is I was not able to meet Yngrid because she was off. Next time. Issues in their deal calculations, cancelled my contract 3 weeks after delivery to force me back in to agree to a larger finance agreement with a higher interest rate, and I am still missing the charger for my EV and the sales rep Kyle is not responding.
