Writing I recently took my Yukon Denali to GMC Stuart for service because it was more convenient than driving to Fort Pierce, where I have always had my vehicle serviced since moving to the area in 2019. Before making the appointment, I specifically called Laura, the service advisor, and asked if she could access my truck's complete service history, as all of my maintenance had been done at GMC dealerships. She assured me, twice, that there was a national database and that she could see everything. Based on that assurance, I made the appointment. During my visit, I was presented with a list of recommended services, several of which were either not due yet or that I knew for a fact I did not need. I declined those services. When reviewing my vehicle's maintenance history with Laura, I asked her FOUR times when my differentials had last been serviced. Each time, she told me they had never been done. I questioned this because I knew that wasn't accurate. When I asked what service records she was actually looking at, she referenced work performed just over 60,000 miles. It became clear that she either didn't know that she couldn't access service records beyond the warranty period or knowingly misrepresented what she could see. Either way, she should have been upfront with me. If she wasn't sure, she should have verified that information before assuring me she had access to my complete service history. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that the technicians were recommending services without knowing whether they were actually needed. Some of the recommendations were for services I knew had already been done or weren't due. I expect a GMC dealership to provide honest, transparent recommendations based on my vehicle's actual maintenance needs, not simply suggest services without verifying the history. Unfortunately, this experience has completely undermined my confidence in GMC Stuart. I will be taking my Yukon back to GMC Fort Pierce, where I have consistently received honest, reliable service. Convenience is not worth sacrificing trust.

A very professional dealership. We negotiated price eforehand and was apprehensive since it is a two hour drive from my residence. Just as promised my sales rep provided the same sales order with no issues or changes. He spent some time explaining the vehicle and technology behind it. He even helped accomadate the removal of the dealer logo on the rear with no issue. A true professional dealership that was a dream to deal with. No way near my past experiences with others over the years. So yes, a definite dealership to buy and develop a relationship with. Starling Buick GMC Stuart is incredible! I have been searching for a good deal on my dream truck, the 1500 AT4X. I spoke with several dealers in South Florida before being referred to Joey Brouse at Starling by a friend. Not only did he get me the truck and more savings than I expected, he made the whole process an ENJOYABLE experience and did everything he said he would. Shopping for vehicles can be a horrible experience where we live with so much upscale and dishonesty. Coming up to Stuart and dealing with Joey was not just exciting but a tremendous relief!

Telling me I need new lug nuts to the tune of over $700? That is ridiculous. I checked the genuine GMC website and they retail for $210 for a complete set. So the other $500 is for installation? You were already rotating my tires! I was considering buying a new GMC pickup but if this is how the dealers treat you, I'll go back to Toyota.
