Telling me I need new lug nuts to the tune of over $700? That is ridiculous. I checked the genuine GMC website and they retail for $210 for a complete set. So the other $500 is for installation? You were already rotating my tires! I was considering buying a new GMC pickup but if this is how the dealers treat you, I'll go back to Toyota.

Inconsistent, inconvenienced, unreliable, disappointing, terrible Went to get a service completed, and instead, I had to return on a different date because the service was not completed. Then, I had to pay for a different service that seemed as though it was a cover-up for the initial service not being complete. Recently, I had an oil change, and there were no indicators that I needed a battery . All of a sudden, because the initial service was not done properly, the issue was related to the battery, which is just not believable. The suggested services from the technician are inconsistent.

I found something that I thought was impossible, an honest and reputable car dealership. I called Starling GMC and was given a lease quote by Sales Manager Cesar. The quote was much lower than I could find from dealerships in my area. I made the trip to Stuart and was met at the dealership by Joey Brouse, who showed me a 2026 GMC Sierra AT4 and then took care of everything needed in order for me to lease and drive away in it. Brahim is the best. Wouldn't go to any other salesman. He is professional, easy to talk to, hardworking, and honest. On two different occasions he has put us in the right vehicle at the right price. I wouldn't trust anyone else but him to take care of our needs. GMC starling is awesome. They take good care of you, the place is always clean and professional. Alex Hastings and Molly O'Brien are awesome as well.
9/21/2026 Had an appointment for oil change which included tire rotation. 9/22/2026 Had to return to have tires rotated. Very disappointing.

He is definitely the friendliest most competent salesman we have ever dealt with. You can tell he really cares about his customers and not just about selling a car. I received a call that my fender flares had arrived and was given a window to have them installed almost immediately. Upon arrival I was met by Luis, completed the paperwork and the truck was taken in almost right away. Took less than hour to complete and was pleased with the installation.

I had an OK experience overall, but there were definitely some issues.
At the start of my initial contact with the dealership, things went sour pretty quickly. The first sales manager Dana I spoke with told me he was a sales manager and gave me an outrageous price. I’m not impressed with the dealership. Every time I go it’s a different advisor. Spent 120k on a truck and have had to struggle with warranty issues. Sales side was poor, and not a good experience. The only reason I go is because you’re local.
Christian was polite and helpful! He made sure I was notified of all issues with my vehicle. Service was five out of five thank you Starling GMC!!!

Starling is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They make me feel like I’m the only customer when I’m there from the day I purchased my GMC truck. Luis is the best service representative and I am never stressed when I need to have my truck serviced because he makes it flawless. The dealership does good work. But the phone system and responsiveness is lacking. Extremely frustrating and difficult to reach Laura. Minimal feed back. You literally have to leave multiple messages and limited call back. Texting reply is limited. Hire more staff if she is too busy. Absolutely without empathy. Cold and cold. Absolutely no compassion about a customer’s concern.
A lot of customers depend on their trucks for a living. Dropping your truck and getting a tiny rental is of no use. Please just get the work done in a reasonable amount of time.
