Lee is by far the best salesman around. He acquired two vehicles from partnering dealerships cause what we wanted were not instock. He worked very hard to find and make sure both vehicles were exactly what we were looking for and got them transferred very quickly. He also made sure we got the most amount of money off each vehicle as possible. Helped explain every inch and feature of both vehicles so we left with confidence. I can not recommend him more to help you with your next car buying adventure.

Working with Lee and the entire sales team was a great experience and one that is rare to find in this industry from my experience. We did a large portion of the deal on my new truck over the phone and text. When I arrived the offers presented to me where exactly as we discussed, no hidden fees, no add ons I didnt want and my trade value was exactly as they said it would be from the video I sent of my car. I was in and out buying this new truck in under 1 hour. I also had an experience with their service team for an issue that left me standed. Onstar wasn't able to assist but the dealer sent a Mechanic to the car to get it operational again. Exceptional service and I will always buy my GMC vehicles from this team in the future.

It is hard to come across great service in today's world, but this dealership has the best staff hands down. I was treated with VIP 5 Star Service at Starling Buick GMC of Stuart. My salesman Jack and my finance manager Rafael were very friendly, helpful and informative. I even stopped in a few days after my purchase and spoke to Adam in the service department who was happy to answer questions regarding my EV vehicle. I had an issue with my software in my new 2024 1500
I had an issue with my software in my new 2024 1500 Denali pick up. I was driving from my home to Florida when it happened. I called Lee and Lee helped us reset it on the side of the road but the problem continued . I called Lee back and Lee said to please call the service department and make an appointment as soon as possible so they could get it rectified. He said to ask for Kylie because she makes the appointments for the service department. Kylie and I finally made contact on the phone and I was trying to explain to her what was going on and why I needed an appointment. Kylie advised me that I needed to be there on Wednesday at 7:30 in the morning, The appointment was set with Kylie on Monday. On Tuesday I woke up noticed a text message from Starling stating that my service appointment was rescheduled and to go on their site and reschedule it. I went onto the site that morning and discovered that there several spots available even though Kylie had told me only 7:30 was available. I don’t understand why Kylie told me only 7:30 was available. I picked a 10 o’clock appointment on the same Wednesday and I never heard from anybody about the new time for my service. I called to follow up to make sure they received the new time and Kylie answered the phone. I tried to explain to Kylie what was going on and she didn’t want to hear it, so without saying anything she just put me on hold. Another woman named Molly got on the phone and I tried to explain the situation to her, but she wouldn’t let me get two words in. I told Molly I wanted to talk to the service manager. Molly informed me she was the service manager. So on Wednesday at 9 o’clock I left my house because it’s about an hour drive to get to Starling. When I dropped off my truck, a really nice Service Advisor named Heather came out to greet me, and talk to me. Heather assured me that my truck would be looked at and fixed. She was not sure how long it would take and she was very upfront about it. When I was Speaking with Heather I asked her who the service manager was, and she said his name is David Benjamin .When I was done with Heather I went over and saw the service manager, and I explained my situation to David that Molly misrepresented herself as the service manager to me on the phone and he said he would look into it . I am not sure what games Kylie and Molly are playing with the Starling customers. I would highly recommend anybody to use Starling Buick GMC But when you call for service, do not ever deal with Kylie or Molly at all .If Molly was employed with my company she would have been let go immediately for lying to a customer and miss representing herself. This is fair warning to all of the Starling customers to never do business on the phone with Kylie or Molly. As far as I’m concerned as a customer to the Starling dealership, they have two employees that do not have the Starling Dealership in their best interest!

From the moment I arrived until I left I was kept updated on the progress of my repairs and the cost that I may incur. I was able to talk with my mechanic. That was so important to me for my funds were limited and knowing what was being done was priority. I felt so at ease and was able to relax as I awaited my vehicle. Heather was absolutely amazing and so was “my mechanic”I felt so connected with him, (so sorry I forgot his name). I found Starling on my GMC app. I’m so glad I chose you. First time buyer of a new vehicle, and Starling GMC was my first stop to shop around and see what type of vehicles were available for my budget. Lee assisted me in not only choosing a vehicle, but he answered my many questions, took me for a test drive, and even showed me how all the electronic elements of the vehicle work. He was patient, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He allowed me to take my time in choosing the right vehicle and plan for me. Dana the manager worked up the numbers and even took my old car as a trade in. Then Cesar the Finance guy helped finalize everything. I left the dealership not only with a new car, but thankful for such wonderful, professional, and helpful staff. I would definitely go back to Starling GMC when it’s time for another car, and would refer others as well. Starling GMC is #1 in my book!

I had appointment for 10:30 for my battery and my park
I had appointment for 10:30 for my battery and my park assist not working. I got there a little early so I can speak with the service manager and ask him why my battery leaked and dead. When I just had service a few months by you guys. He responded with I don’t have a crystal ball I can’t tell you that with a smart xxx a sarcasm response as he laughed. I don’t know what kind of manger that is. The service advisor had looked over whelmed like he had stacks on stacks of appointments. Because he also called me by the wrong name I because we all look like a Juan. So keep in mind I had my appointment at 10:30 didn’t get a response tell a little after 1pm with no word on what’s going. Finally the service advisor came and said we need to replace the battery cable and it’s going to be about 5hr of work and cost $1200. $1200 is a lot of money nowadays. So a $100-$200 part and the rest is in a labor because they have to remove this to get to this. That is a lot of removing. So asked ok is this going to fix the low voltage issue and my park assist. He said it should for $1200 I think it should. For dealership that prides them self on being tier one I don’t see it.

I had an issue with my software in my new 2024 1500
I had an issue with my software in my new 2024 1500 Denali pick up. I was driving from my home to Florida when it happened. I called Lee and Lee helped us reset it on the side of the road but the problem continued . I called Lee back and Lee said to please call the service department and make an appointment as soon as possible so they could get it rectified. He said to ask for Kylie because she makes the appointments for the service department. Kylie and I finally made contact on the phone and I was trying to explain to her what was going on and why I needed an appointment. Kylie advised me that I needed to be there on Wednesday at 7:30 in the morning, The appointment was set with Kylie on Monday. On Tuesday I woke up noticed a text message from Starling stating that my service appointment was rescheduled and to go on their site and reschedule it. I went onto the site that morning and discovered that there several spots available even though Kylie had told me only 7:30 was available. I don’t understand why Kylie told me only 7:30 was available. I picked a 10 o’clock appointment on the same Wednesday and I never heard from anybody about the new time for my service. I called to follow up to make sure they received the new time and Kylie answered the phone. I tried to explain to Kylie what was going on and she didn’t want to hear it, so without saying anything she just put me on hold. Another woman named Molly got on the phone and I tried to explain the situation to her, but she wouldn’t let me get two words in. I told Molly I wanted to talk to the service manager. Molly informed me she was the service manager. So on Wednesday at 9 o’clock I left my house because it’s about an hour drive to get to Starling. When I dropped off my truck, a really nice Service Advisor named Heather came out to greet me, and talk to me. Heather assured me that my truck would be looked at and fixed. She was not sure how long it would take and she was very upfront about it. When I was Speaking with Heather I asked her who the service manager was, and she said his name is David Benjamin .When I was done with Heather I went over and saw the service manager, and I explained my situation to David that Molly misrepresented herself as the service manager to me on the phone and he said he would look into it . I am not sure what games Kylie and Molly are playing with the Starling customers. I would highly recommend anybody to use Starling Buick GMC But when you call for service, do not ever deal with Kylie or Molly at all .If Molly was employed with my company she would have been let go immediately for lying to a customer and miss representing herself. This is fair warning to all of the Starling customers to never do business on the phone with Kylie or Molly. As far as I’m concerned as a customer to the Starling dealership, they have two employees that do not have the Starling Dealership in their best interest!

As a first time customer, I am happy to give Starling GMC a 5 star rating. I had scheduled an overall maintenance check along with an oil change and tire rotation for my new to me 2019 Buick. I was promptly met by Mike. Mike was courteous, explained the parts of my service, and I felt my car was in good hands. The customer waiting area was sunny, clean and vending machines were well stocked. The wait time was good - 2 hours. My bill was very reasonable. My first experience with Starling was very positive.
