I have used Starling Buick/GMC for the last two+ years and always found their service to be 5 stars. This was never truer than when I went to lease a new Buick and had the pleasure to deal with Lincoln Otero. Lincoln is professional, very customer oriented and goes out of his way to see that I was satisfied with our deal. Lincoln kept me informed every step of the way during the leasing process and insured I was happy at the end. I can't begin to recommend Starling Buick/GMC and Lincoln Otero enough.

I recently purchased two new work trucks from Starling
I recently purchased two new work trucks from Starling GMC, and even though there are at least seven other GM dealerships between my home and Starling offering similar trucks at similar pricing, I chose to drive over an hour for one reason: Emily. From the moment I first called to inquire about the trucks, Emily provided prompt, professional follow-up and kept me updated every step of the way. I explained upfront that because of the distance and my schedule, I couldn't make multiple trips to the dealership. She made sure everything was handled in advance so the entire transaction could be completed in one visit. Emily worked closely with Charlie, one of the managers, who was also phenomenal throughout the process. Together, they made sure everything was completed and ready before I arrived. I walked into the dealership at 11:15 AM and was back out by 12:00 PM with two trucks. That level of efficiency is rare, especially when purchasing multiple commercial vehicles. As a business owner, I genuinely appreciate people who respect my time and communicate well. I may have been able to find similar trucks and similar terms elsewhere, but after dealing with plenty of dealerships over the years, the experience Emily delivered from the very first phone call was ultimately the deciding factor in where we purchased. Her professionalism, communication, follow-through, and hard work earned the business. We expect to continue expanding our fleet, and I look forward to working with Emily, Charlie, and Starling GMC again when it's time for the next batch of trucks. Thank you again for making the entire process so easy.

I decided to contact Starling because of the ads I saw
I decided to contact Starling because of the ads I saw online. They seemed sincere and I wanted to see if they were willing to put their money where their mouth is. Boy am I glad I did. My initial contact was Yngrid. I called her a few times and eventually spoke to Emily when Yngrid was not working. Emily handed me off to Cesar. I bothered and pestered all three of them many times. Not once were they not patient and respectful and accommodating. They made me feel as if they really cared about my needs and desires which kept changing. I explained to all of them that I had a previous relationship with a local dealership in South Florida but I was willing to listen to them. Cesar gave me a price and told me he did not wish to go back and forth. I told him I was going to contact a few other dealers but I would not divulge his price. He told me he felt as if he just made a deal for another dealer. I assured him I also did not wish to go back and forth. I asked him if someone beat his deal if he wanted me to give him the last chance. He told me “no” that he had given me his best deal. I contacted various dealerships by phone and even went in person to the one I had the previous relationship with. When I left there, it felt like I had been on a boat in rough waters with no land in sight or a never ending roller coaster. I told my wife the difference in experiences between Starling and all others was like night and day. I decided to drive almost 2 hours to Starling to put a face to the voices. I was referred to Robert to be my direct salesperson. While there, Mr Prats walked in to meet me as did Emily. I did the paperwork with Mr Seidle. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I contacted Starling. Yngrid got the ball rolling and kept me interested. Emily was on the same page as Yngrid. Cesar bent over backwards and went above and beyond to please me. Robert was amazing as was Mr Seidle. You guys have a top notch team and definitely bucked the reputation of hating to deal with people at car dealerships and I appreciate it very much. My experience was so good that I cannot wait until my lease is ready to turn in so I can get my next vehicle. My only regret is I was not able to meet Yngrid because she was off. Next time. My experience at Starling Stuart was fantastic from start to finish. From my phone conversation with Lucasz, to being introduced to Jack, everything was seamless. Jack was kind, informative, and the opposite of “pushy.” He took his time to answer all my questions and make me feel good with my purchase. He also took time after the purchase to go over all of the technology in the car with me to ensure I knew how to work everything. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had, and I am very thankful!

Telling me I need new lug nuts to the tune of over $700? That is ridiculous. I checked the genuine GMC website and they retail for $210 for a complete set. So the other $500 is for installation? You were already rotating my tires! I was considering buying a new GMC pickup but if this is how the dealers treat you, I'll go back to Toyota.

Inconsistent, inconvenienced, unreliable, disappointing, terrible Went to get a service completed, and instead, I had to return on a different date because the service was not completed. Then, I had to pay for a different service that seemed as though it was a cover-up for the initial service not being complete. Recently, I had an oil change, and there were no indicators that I needed a battery . All of a sudden, because the initial service was not done properly, the issue was related to the battery, which is just not believable. The suggested services from the technician are inconsistent.

I decided to contact Starling because of the ads I saw
I decided to contact Starling because of the ads I saw online. They seemed sincere and I wanted to see if they were willing to put their money where their mouth is. Boy am I glad I did. My initial contact was Yngrid. I called her a few times and eventually spoke to Emily when Yngrid was not working. Emily handed me off to Cesar. I bothered and pestered all three of them many times. Not once were they not patient and respectful and accommodating. They made me feel as if they really cared about my needs and desires which kept changing. I explained to all of them that I had a previous relationship with a local dealership in South Florida but I was willing to listen to them. Cesar gave me a price and told me he did not wish to go back and forth. I told him I was going to contact a few other dealers but I would not divulge his price. He told me he felt as if he just made a deal for another dealer. I assured him I also did not wish to go back and forth. I asked him if someone beat his deal if he wanted me to give him the last chance. He told me “no” that he had given me his best deal. I contacted various dealerships by phone and even went in person to the one I had the previous relationship with. When I left there, it felt like I had been on a boat in rough waters with no land in sight or a never ending roller coaster. I told my wife the difference in experiences between Starling and all others was like night and day. I decided to drive almost 2 hours to Starling to put a face to the voices. I was referred to Robert to be my direct salesperson. While there, Mr Prats walked in to meet me as did Emily. I did the paperwork with Mr Seidle. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I contacted Starling. Yngrid got the ball rolling and kept me interested. Emily was on the same page as Yngrid. Cesar bent over backwards and went above and beyond to please me. Robert was amazing as was Mr Seidle. You guys have a top notch team and definitely bucked the reputation of hating to deal with people at car dealerships and I appreciate it very much. My experience was so good that I cannot wait until my lease is ready to turn in so I can get my next vehicle. My only regret is I was not able to meet Yngrid because she was off. Next time. Paid cash for parts then didn’t have the repair done, Laura informed me to return the parts at the parts department, although I paid cash for them, they couldn’t refund me and have to write me a check, said accounting wasn’t available on Friday and that they would call me Monday morning. Never received it call on Monday so I reached out and spoke to Cade in the parts department upon speaking to Cade he had no clue when the check should be ready for pickup or any idea of a eta. Wow what a hassle to return parts.
