My new vehicle was detailed and ready to inspect and the majority of the paperwork that could’ve been pre-completed was ready to go making it a quick and easy process. Christian was a good but there were just a few small
Christian was a good but there were just a few small things which I had explained when I received calls. The communication could be improved, the tire pressure sensors were not reset correctly so they had to send someone to my house the next day, when I did come to pick it up the screen was not able to be reset/fixed because there was an issue with the updated or something. Not the worst but just cannot rate as excellent. Christian did call to follow up and this was discussed. He is working to make things right which I appreciate but I could not rate as excellent or they would not learn from anything.

Easy with sales. Leon took time so I was informed and pleasant test drive. LOL, he even got me a empanada while we looked around. Negotiating was easier than most. I hate back and forth. I do my homework and informed so it was pleasant. Sales manager was fine. He eased up when I stated I don’t like wasting time. Finance was simple since I paid cash so no real issue there. I will say, no high pressure on all the add ons. Overall it was a pleasant quick experience. I was in at 0930 and gone by 11:00 am.

There was a few little minor things that the dealership took care of and Lewis was the first along with the dealership to be able to give me a ride to Use and it wasn’t a cheap ride and it was a nice new hummer all I can say is keep up the great work which I’m sure Luis will do

Matt Machalek my salesman has went above and beyond his duties to find me the perfect truck at the exact spec I wanted. Any questions that I had that he couldn't answer himself with 100% accuracy he Immediately put me in contact with the person who could. Believe me I had alot of tough questions and Im not the easiest customer and purchasing a $100k plus truck you should have alot of questions!. Ongoing issue since 2024 Denali 1500 was 4 months old.
Ongoing issue since 2024 Denali 1500 was 4 months old. It is now 20 months old. Paint on front bumper chipping. Dozens of new chips every few months. Only 16000 miles. No off road driving. This is not normal wear for driving on Florida roadways. Dealer claims normal wear will not address issue.

At first I didn’t think we were going to get the deal done and with the lack of time to commit to the car shopping process I wasn’t looking forward to it. At the end of the day I walked in there with no intentions to make a deal, but Stephen went the extra mile to get his team on board with trade values and pricing. My Yukon had a dead battery and was towed to Starling arriving at 1:45 on a Saturday and the service department was closing at 2:00 PM. Luis pleaded my case to the service folks and everyone stayed late to get my new battery installed! Now that's not good but GREAT SERVICE!

Steven satisfied all of my crazy requests and never got annoyed with me. He took detailed pics of the car inside and out without asking, and filled up the vehicle with gas. My service team member was amazing. They kept me up to date with the process. I had just changed my coolant fluid prior to my appointment for my transmission fluid change. The thermostat didn’t open up to release the coolant from the reservoir, so it was about half quart low and they added it after going over the truck with no cost. Definitely return, can’t be happier with the service

Paid cash for parts then didn’t have the repair done,
Paid cash for parts then didn’t have the repair done, Laura informed me to return the parts at the parts department, although I paid cash for them, they couldn’t refund me and have to write me a check, said accounting wasn’t available on Friday and that they would call me Monday morning. Never received it call on Monday so I reached out and spoke to Cade in the parts department upon speaking to Cade he had no clue when the check should be ready for pickup or any idea of a eta. Wow what a hassle to return parts.

Then offered me a shuffle ride to home and said he would get picked up when car was ready.I got back to dealer and noticed car was all cleaned up inside and out .Great service by Starling Buick / Gmc .Cant wait to tell all my friends about this great service I got .
