Service was absolutely atrocious! The advisors had no idea what was going on. Got passed from one to the other and the left didn’t know what the right was doing. When they called to let me know everything was done I went through the list (4 items) and asked to verify. They confirmed it was complete. When I arrived, of course it WASN’T. Then they tried to bill for items that were supposed to be covered by warranty. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I found a scratch on my front bumper!! Day went from bad to worse!

Excellent service, friendly staff all around, knowledgeable staff otherwise, and after finding a few minor flaws that they couldn't have known to be mindful of, the manager ended up working out an incomparable deal with me. My father actually owned a car lot, and I was around the business most of my young life; they legitimately couldn't have been more helpful. Dealer fees ended up coming to below what is normal around here, and the employees made sure to ask if I was 100% satisfied before leaving (as well as setting up an Uber ride an hour away to change vehicles. Nothing but good things to say here -- make your next purchase at Starling and you won't be let down.

Lee was outstanding — incredibly knowledgeable about GMC and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire process was smooth and professional. The dealership had a wide variety of vehicles to choose from, which made our decision easier. That said, there were a couple of small disappointments. The vehicle only came with one key due to it being a lease turn-in, but we were surprised that we had to pay out-of-pocket for the second key. Also, while the vehicle was detailed, there was still noticeable dust on the dash and electronic panels. It wasn’t a big deal, just something I ended up taking care of myself. On a related note, the men's restroom had visible dust buildup on the vents — a small thing, but worth mentioning as it reflects attention to detail. Overall, though, the customer service experience was excellent, and Lee especially made a big impression. Oh! Bring your own water bottle, they were out of bottled water and gave us water in a cup. I look forward to my two free oil changes.
