EXCELLENT!! I live in MS and purchased remote from my home state. Emily (internet sales) was so responsive with communication and information. She was very upfront, and I never felt any pressure to buy. She answered all of my questions and concerns with buying out of state. The negotiation process was easy, and very reasonable. I never felt any pressure to buy and no games were played. I also worked with Steven in new car sales. Again, excellent service. Steven satisfied all of my crazy requests and never got annoyed with me. He took detailed pics of the car inside and out without asking, and filled up the vehicle with gas. Assisted with logistics of the shipping and everything. Matt in finance was straight forward, and didn't try to sell me any products that I felt I did not need. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I recommend anyone looking to purchase a GMC/Buick visit or call Starling Buick GMC.

Easy with sales. Leon took time so I was informed and pleasant test drive. LOL, he even got me a empanada while we looked around. Negotiating was easier than most. I hate back and forth. I do my homework and informed so it was pleasant. Sales manager was fine. He eased up when I stated I don’t like wasting time. Finance was simple since I paid cash so no real issue there. I will say, no high pressure on all the add ons. Overall it was a pleasant quick experience. I was in at 0930 and gone by 11:00 am.

I usually like going into a car dealership about as much as I like having root canal. I am happy to say this experience was very different in a good way. My salesperson Mike Veaz was amazing. He was very genuine and wanted to help us find the right vehicle. The price on the vehicle we purchased as well as the trade-in value they gave me were fair.. There was no back-and-forth with “let me talk to my manager” like you experience at other dealerships. The manager Brian was very accommodating and helpful. We were done with paperwork in about 30 minutes. They were very patient waiting for my trade vehicle to get out of the shop. If you want a hassle, free, easy, enjoyable, car buying experience, you have to go to Starling Buick. We cannot say enough, good things about the overall experience and we love our new/used Gladiator.
