Went in for my last oil change and tire rotation and I ended up getting a loaner truck and almost 2 weeks without my original vehicle due to the driver colliding with the concrete wall. The repairs were done right however it was an odd experience.
I would have to say this was my best experience getting a new car. My salesman Brahim Aboujja was absolutely wonderful. He made everything seamless. I never once felt any pressure. Everything regarding the lease contract was explained clearly. I actually live an hour away and went there because I worked with Cesar Ciceron a few years ago at a different dealership and followed him to Starling Buick GMC. I feel Confident to refer people to your dealership!!

We had a problem with the emergency brake and ended up removing the master brake fuse in order to drive the vehicle. The dealership replaced the fuse and was unable to duplicate the problem. Since the problem has not reoccurred, we are left happy with the service. All was completed in a prompt and professional manner.
We bought a 2025 Buick Envision and are very happy with it. Carlos helped us with the purchase and did a good job. There was a paperwork problem that was resolved the same day we pointed it out. We appreciate the honesty of admitting the mistake and going right to work to resolve the issue. We are happy customers!
